SOL’s begin Thursday, May 15th and will continue through next Friday, May 23rd. Students who do not have an SOL will come in 2 hours late and those that have an SOL are to be here by 8:25. Any student that needs further remediation may come in on regular schedule and teachers will be available to assist in remediation. Students who need to make up time to prevent point deduction from your grade may come in during the 2 hour delay to make up time missed.
The Chorus Musical and the Drama Play will be performed during the next couple of weeks in the CHS Auditorium.

CHS Principal Mike Sturgill accepts a $1,000 check from Wal-Mart for technology products. Thank you, Wal-Mart!
Mrs. Poe's class hid 500 candy-filled Easter Eggs for the Headstart students to find, which they did in about 5 minutes! Then Ms. Rizzo's photography class took each child's photo sitting on the Easter Bunny's knee. The "big" kids and the "little" kids had lots of fun.

Mayor Gary Heninger, on behalf of the Town of Chilhowie, presented a Proclamation to the Lady Warrior Basketball Team, naming Friday, March 14, as "Lady Warrior Day".
