How many books can a student check out?
Two (2) books can be checked out. However, a student with overdue fines/charges will not be allowed to check out a new book until all overdue books are returned and fines are paid.
What is the book renewal policy?
Books are checked out for two (2) weeks, but students can renew books once for an additional two (2) weeks.
Can magazines and reference books be checked out?
Only select magazines and reference books can be checked out; when in doubt, see Mrs. Wright or Mrs. Dowell. These materials are only checked out overnight.
How much does it cost if I forget to return materials?
Fines are charged at the rate of 5¢ per day per regular item and 10¢ day per reference item (overnight materials).
How will I know when my materials are due?
Each book includes a date due slip with the book's date due on it.
