- The Belin-Blank Center is devoted to research, training, and service in
the field of gifted education. This site features information about student
programs, talent searches, professional development, and conferences.
- Center for Gifted Education at the College
of William & Mary
- The Center for Gifted Education hosts a variety of programs for gifted
students, their parents, and their teachers. The site includes: curriculum
information, research information, a quarterly newsletter, articles about
gifted students, and a calendar of events.
- Center for Talented Youth at the
Johns Hopkins University
- The Center for Talented Youth is a university-based initiative that
promotes the academic ability of children and youth throughout the world.
This site includes information about talent searches, program opportunities,
conferences, and publications.

Disabilities and Gifted Education
- ERIC is the acronym for the Educational Resources Information Center. This
site features many different resources: information for teachers of varied
special needs students in the regular classroom, lists of new books,
articles, discussion groups, links to other sites for teachers and parents,
and an extensive list of Frequently Asked Questions relating to gifted and
other special needs students.

- This is an online support community for parents of gifted and talented
children. It includes a glossary of definitions, articles of interest,
books, and links to other sites about gifted education.

- Links on this site include: articles and research about gifted education,
professional books for teachers and counselors, educational theories related
to gifted education, and sites specifically for gifted children and their

Online-Education: Gifted and Talented Students
- This site offers help to teachers, parents, and students who may be
looking for articles about the education of gifted and talented students. A
brief description of each article is included.
- National Association for Gifted Children
- The National Association for Gifted Children is the largest nonprofit
organization that advocates for the needs of gifted children. Information
about scholarships, awards, and summer programs is available on this site.
It also includes a virtual exhibit hall with brief descriptions of products
and services available for gifted students and their parents and teachers.
- National Research Center
on the Gifted and Talented
- The National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented is funded by the
Jacob K Javits Gifted and Talented Students Education Act. This site is a
collaborative effort by the University of Connecticut, the University of
Virginia, and Yale University. It includes lists of monographs, brochures,
videotapes, and online resources.

of Virginia's Summer Enrichment Program
- This site features information about the University of Virginia's Summer
