Minutes of the October 25^th, 2004 meeting of the Smyth County School Board, as approved by the School Board at its November 8^th, 2004 meeting

The Smyth County School Board met today in a called meeting at 5:00 P.M., for a planning session for the "Key Work of School Boards" Program. The following members were present: Jesse Choate, Laura Hall, Roger Nipper, and Charles Doane.

The board heard a presentation by Dr. Oliver McBride, Superintendent of Carroll County Schools, and Ms. Patricia Sebans, former school board member, on the "Key Work of School Boards" Program.

The meeting was then adjourned.
