Congratulations to the 2010 Practical Nursing Graduating Class for having a 100% PASS RATE for their State Boards! The Forty-third Graduation Ceremony was Friday, April 30, 2010 at 7pm at the Smyth County Community Hospital Health Education Building in Marion, Virginia.

The Adult Diploma class is now accepting applications. If your possible graduation year was 2003 or earlier, you are eligible to earn your high school diploma. For further information, please contact Carlis Allison through SCTC.

Internet Safety

The Virginia Department of Education has published a listing of Web-Based Resources for Internet Safety in Schools.

The Virginia Department of Education recommended several sites concerning internet safety. These sites address internet awareness resources for parents, teachers, and students, concerning information on various topics from cyberbullying to cell phones. Check them out!
